How booking requests work
Choose a tour and send your preferred time
Pick a date, a start time in the city’s local time, your group size and a language the guide offers.
The guide confirms or declines
Your request shows as awaiting guide confirmation until the guide answers. You’ll get an email either way.
Meet your guide
Go to the meeting point at the confirmed time. Tips or the agreed price go directly to the guide.
There is no live availability calendar. A request is only booked once the guide confirms it.
